Meet up to 3 support workers. Choose the one who suits you.
We line up workers who fit what you tell us. You meet them, you choose, and you can change any time. If they're sick, we cover the shift.

Questions people ask
What does it cost?
Support is paid from your NDIS plan, at or below the NDIS price limits. Before anything starts, we go through exactly what will be charged.
How do the meet-and-greets work?
Once we know what matters to you, we line up to three support workers who fit. You meet each one, usually for 20 to 30 minutes at home or somewhere you choose. Then you tell us who you'd like. There's no charge for the meet-and-greets.
What if the worker isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll introduce someone else. You're never locked into a worker who doesn't work for you.
What happens if my worker is sick or on leave?
We arrange a replacement so your support continues, and we let you know who's coming before they arrive.
I don't have an NDIS plan yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Get in touch anyway. We'll explain the next steps and what you can do while you wait.
Can I talk to someone before filling anything in?
Of course. Call 03 9498 0398. A real person answers during business hours.
Which areas do you cover?
We support people across Victoria, from our office in Kensington. Enter your suburb and we'll tell you straight away if we can't reach you.
